Overview
The launch of the Creating Value for All report was held at the Helsinki School of Economics in connection with the ‘Sustainable Innovations at the Bottom of the Pyramid’ conference on September 26, 2008. The report was presented by the former Director of the UNDP Private Sector Division, Mr. Christian Thommessen, and a 10 minute comment speech was held by Commercial Secretary Antti Piispanen from the Department for External Economic Relations at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.
Participants came from a wide range of institutions, including Indufor Oy (international forest industry consulting company), University of Helsinki, Finnish Business and Policy Forum, Nokia Siemens Networks, FINPRO (trade promotion association), FIBS (CSR Network), STAKES (National Research Centre for Welfare and Health), and Pellervo Center for Economic Research.
