Jean-Marc Châtaigner, is Chief of Cabinet of the French Secretary of State for Cooperation and Francophonie. He graduated from the prestigious Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) and previously hold the following positions: Chargé de mission for Cooperation and Development (1990-1992), Deputy Director of the Mission for Cooperation and Cultural Action in Abidjan (1992-1995), Financial advisor, then second advisor to the Permanent Mission of France to the United Nations in New York (1995-2001), Deputy Director for Development and Technical Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2001-2004), and Director of the Strategic Planning Department at the French Development Agency (2004-2007).
